The tall and stylish PSH Flip-Top CapⅡ features a tab that makes it easy to open. It is available with an orifice diameter of 5φ and is compatible with round-shouldered cylindrical PET bottles in capacities from 200mL to 330mL.

This flip-top cap for tubes has a simple, straight design. It is available with an orifice diameter of of 5φ, and can be used with 45φ, 50φ, and 60φ tubes. It is also possible to apply a matte finish to the tubes, making it possible to present a complete matte feel to you product.

This over cap for pumps features a simple, cylindrical shape. The compatible pump has a dose of 0.5cc, and it can be used with our standard 24/410 (P) series bottles. Compatible bottles are available in a wide range of designs and materials.

The two flip-top caps and over cap introduced here are also available in a gloss finish.

Renovation of the Osaka Showroom

Thank you very much for your continued patronage. We are pleased to announce the renovation of the Osaka Showroom.

The display of our range of standard bottles, caps and dispensers that can be used for cosmetics, toiletries, daily necessities, food and more has been enhanced. In addition, the introduction of sustainable products has been significantly expanded.

We have prepared a new space where we can collaborate with clients to share and build ideas with the use of color samples, as well as printing and labelling examples on display in the secondary processing corner, working with containers selected according to the customer’s purpose.

We look forward to welcoming you and continuing to serve you in the future.

New compact size fine mist spray bottle (FLS-100/150)

A new compact-size spray bottle is now available. It is a mini-type mist spray that produces a continuous spray and features a slim shape and flush finish between the pump and bottle.

The bottles are available in capacities of 100mL and 150mL. They are environmentally friendly products that contain plant-derived biomass PE as a raw material.

The 100mL size can be taken as carry-on luggage. The size is easy to take on the go, making it ideal for travel and business trips.

The spray produces a continuous ultra-fine mist by repeatedly pulling the trigger. The compact size fits easily in your hand, and features a matte finish with a simple yet eye-catching design.

The head has a locking function, so you can easily switch the spray to ON or OFF.

Recommended for a wide range of applications such as disinfectant spray, fabric mist, skincare, hair care, and body care. The bottles are kept in stock in natural (semi-transparent) color and can be purchased by the carton with the matching number of sprays (white color).

These rectangular bottles have smooth shoulder lines that contrast with the sharper angles of the body. Due to their rectangular shape, the bottles are easy to display side by side, and the large branding areas help to create a highly appealing design that will stand out on the shelf.

The sides are curved inward, adding another design accent. You can print on all 4 sides, making the series ideal even for products that require a lot of content to be shown.

The series is available in 5 capacities: 150 mL, 200 mL, 300 mL, 400 mL, and 500mL. The 400 mL and 500 mL sizes have been launched and the 150 mL, 200 mL, and 300 mL are scheduled to be completed soon. The whole series is made with sustainable, plant-derived biomass PE material.

With a range of compatible accessories including dispensers, screw caps and flip-top caps, the series is recommended for various applications such as skin care, hair care, men’s cosmetics, baby care, as well as sanitizers and hygiene products.

Each of the five sizes are kept on inventory in white color and are available for purchase by the carton.

With the use of caps made with natural materials such as bamboo and wood, it is possible to incorporate eco-friendly materials into caps as well as bottles for sustainable product development.

A new foam pump bottle featuring a rounded shoulder line has been added. It has a stable design made for counter-top use.

The jar has a simple round shape and a wide diameter, making it easy to take out the contents.

The jar is available with either a screw cap or a flip-top cap. Both caps have a flush profile with the jar, so please select the best option to suit your application. The jar is suitable for a wide range of products including cosmetics, hair care and body care products.

Both the jar and screw cap that are kept on inventory contain environmentally friendly biomass PE. We also have PP products in stock, and both material specifications can be purchased by the carton.

A jar with a capacity of 300 ml is also available in the same series. This is also made with biomass PE, so you can use the 2 sizes together.

Bottles for postal delivery with engraved vertical pattern that creates a warm, natural impression. The series is available in 150 and 200ml, and the raw material contains biomass PE.

There are 2 options available for the shape and size of the decoration panel for printing and labelling. The YP-ASL has a square panel on the front and a rectangular panel on the back. The YP-ALL has the same size rectangular decoration panel on both the front and back sides.

The bottles are available with a flip-top cap with an orifice diameter of 3φ. In addition to postal delivery, they are also suitable for over-the-counter products.

YP-ASL 150ml and 200ml bottles are kept in stock in white and the flip-top cap is available in either black or white. You can purchase these bottles by the carton with the matching number of caps.

In addition to the products introduced here, we also have a large selection of other slim containers and tubes for postal delivery. These can also be used as a trial or gift sets by combining bottles, jars, and tubes.
