Refill systems and refillable cosmetic series
We offer a full range of packaging solutions for cleansers, toners, emulsions, creams, serums and toiletries. Lightweight options (120-200ml) are also available.
New pouch style refill containers
Introducing a new type of container with a fresh perspective on lightweight and simple packaging. This product takes the form of a tube but is used as a pouch, making it suitable for a range of refill applications such as cosmetics, food and mini packs.
At the exhibition, icons will be displayed in the captions to make it easy to see at a glance the six resource-recycling packaging concepts (Renewable, Recycling, Replace, Reuse, Reduce and Monomaterial) and the products featured. Please refer to these when you visit our booth.
This square bottle has a capacity of 500ml and is supplied with a 3CC pump.
The front has a simple horizontal grooves, while the sides have added diagonal grooves, allowing the user to choose between two different designs to match the image of the product.

The 15-415 Flip-top Cap also features a classic form with a tab for easy opening. The slim, compact size is suitable for postal delivery.

Matte and translucent colours have been newly added to the Takemoto Colour Selection (TCS). Select freely from this wide range of colour options to create exciting new colour combinations.
New matte colours
Recommended standard colours for matte finish products.
The matte finish is created in-mould.
Of the 15 colours below, the seven translucent colours are new.
We can provide samples of our new colours for you to see and hold actual examples and explore different colour combinations.
Together with the original range, you can now choose from 44 colours for PET and 36 colours for PP.
This range of stock colours can shorten the development period from product planning to commercialization.
The product is available in three sizes, 100 mL, 120 mL and 150 mL, with the 150 mL to be launched first.
The bottles are made from sustainable, plant-derived biomass PET raw material. The bottle and over cap, with their four flat surfaces, create a stylish, flush design.
The over cap is available in both matte and gloss finishes, allowing you to choose the right style to match your product image.

In addition to the S-SB Series introduced here, we offer a wide range of other rectangular designs that can be used in combination with this series to develop a full lineup of skin care products.
Two new flip-top caps and a pump over cap have been added to our lineup of matte-finish accessories. The soft and tactile matte texture presents a refined image and can add value to your product.
The tall and stylish PSH Flip-Top CapⅡ features a tab that makes it easy to open. It is available with an orifice diameter of 5φ and is compatible with round-shouldered cylindrical PET bottles in capacities from 200mL to 330mL.
This flip-top cap for tubes has a simple, straight design. It is available with an orifice diameter of of 5φ, and can be used with 45φ, 50φ, and 60φ tubes. It is also possible to apply a matte finish to the tubes, making it possible to present a complete matte feel to you product.
This over cap for pumps features a simple, cylindrical shape. The compatible pump has a dose of 0.5cc, and it can be used with our standard 24/410 (P) series bottles. Compatible bottles are available in a wide range of designs and materials.
The two flip-top caps and over cap introduced here are also available in a gloss finish.
